TMC has a long established, trusted motorhome rental department; it originally began as Freedhome motorhome hire, before merging with Tottington Motor Company in 2016. We have many loyal customers who hire each year, but we also love to welcome those inexperienced with motorhomes. This is thanks to our friendly, customer focused approach and our robust handover process, which can turn leisure vehicle beginners straight into pros.
Our vehicles are never more than two years old, featuring fresh models from top manufacturers like Auto-Trail and Roller Team, all hand-picked by our experienced team. We also own them all ourselves too, and keep them in top shape thanks to our expert team of valeters and technicians.
Despite all these benefits, we still promise to never be beaten for price on like for like models. Freedhome originally began when our Managing Director believed he could offer a high standard of motorhome hire at a lower price. When merging with TMC, this core belief was kept, still holding true today. And now that we have motorhome hire, sales and servicing all under one roof, you can trust that we maintain our fleet to the highest of standards. This also means you can take advantage of our try before you buy scheme.
We do everything we can to ensure that the hiring process is easy for customers. This includes having flexible booking times, pet friendly options, a 24-hour emergency team, and insurance to travel in the rest of Europe. You’ll also only need to pay a £250 deposit to secure your booking, with the final balance due 8 weeks before your hire date.
We’ve welcomed overseas customers from Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada and Central Europe, as our location (near Manchester Airport and Piccadilly Station) and services make us an easy place to hire for those looking to explore popular UK destinations.
We are also part of the Camping and Caravanning Club motorhome hire scheme. This means that for the duration of your hire, we offer you a complementary Club membership, which gives you an up to 30% discount on their highly rated campsites all across the UK.
